Calling STHS Friends & Family
Santa Teresa High School and East Side Union High School District provides basic support to our band program and we need your help. No public school in the nation can afford to fund a comprehensive band program without significant fundraising efforts and contributions from families.
Since the financial investment to maintain the level of excellence in our band program is so great, STMAA must supplement the support of our band program to our band families through fundraising and contributions.
Fundraising events will be scheduled and organized throughout the year by STMAA to help offset the out of pocket expenses to the families.
STHS Fundraising
To assist the students, STMAA maintains individual student accounts in BoosterHub, where students can earn a portion or all of the profits from a particular fundraiser. Funds may be used to help with costs related to participation in the band program. These expenses may include ensemble fees, band trips, musical equipment, and any other costs related to band and color guard. If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact the STMAA treasurer at: treasurer@santateresamusic.com.
If a band family experiences financial difficulty, the family should notify either the band director or the STMAA treasurer. Fundraisers and payment plans are available to ensure that all students who wish to participate in the Santa Teresa band programs will be given the opportunity to do so.
All band members are encouraged to take advantage of the fundraising programs available.
