1) Carpooling – If you will be carpooling to and from a band and color guard activity, please be sure to fill out the following forms and turn them in to Mr. Williams before you drive or are driven by someone other than yourself or your parents:

2) Volunteering – Some volunteer roles, such as trip chaperones, require fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and a two-page volunteer application through the district. For more details, please contact volunteers@santateresamusic.com.
