Welcome to the 2019-20 band year. We would like to take this opportunity to give you the suggested band donation schedule for this year.
In order to cover the expenses necessary to provide your student with an outstanding band experience, we have provided a suggested band donation schedule so that STMAA can pay staff, transportation and other fees in a timely manner. Although band donations may be paid at any time before the due date, we have outlined the following suggested timeline:
- Wind Ensemble $150 1/31/2020
- Jazz Band 1 $200 1/31/2020
- Jazz Band 2 $200 1/31/2020
- Winter Guard $500 $100 (12/20), $150 (1/10), $150 (2/14), $100 (3/13)
- Symphonic Band $125 11/1/2019
- Concert Band $125 11/1/2019
- Marching Band $900 Band $950 Guard (ongoing until end of the year)
Please keep in mind that if we do not have money in the STMAA account to cover student expenses, the program will need to be modified and your student will not have the full band experience. There are many opportunities to fundraise in order to pay band accounts; please check the web site and watch for emails from our fundraising coordinator for more information.
There are multiple ways to turn in your donation to the band program. You can drop a payment in the lock box in the band room, or you can mail it to STMAA, P.O. Box 23761, San Jose, CA, 95123. To see your payments please visit your financial page on CharmsOffice.com
